  Abstract:
We consider BTZ black hole, asymptotically Warped AdS3 black hole and New hairy black hole solutions in New Massive Gravity. We study the local and global stabilities and the Hawking-Page phase transitions between the thermal vacuum and the black hole backgrounds and then we present the phase diagrams for all of these solutions. We also examine the laws of inner horizon mechanics for the Warped AdS3 black holes in NMG and find that they are satisied. Finally we discuss the entanglement entropy of an interval in the Warped CFT2 which holographically is dual to the vacuum time-like Warped AdS3 or Godel geometry
